La Casetta is a little stone-built Tuscan cottage in the same group as La Taverna. Completely separate from the others it is a perfect hideaway with all modern conveniences and spectacular views from all the rooms and the portico-covered terrace. At the end of the small garden there are steps down to the large pool.
A shop, bar and restaurant are only a couple of minutes walk away.

Follow the winding road up hill and through olive groves and you’ll come to La Casa di Giallo, set on a south facing hillside with stunning, panoramic views across the valley to the mountains. A spacious four bedroom family house with a large swimming pool and panoramic sunbathing area. Two master bedrooms on the front opening out to a balcony – the views are breathtaking. Also two twin bedrooms, luxury bathroom and shower room. The village nearby has a small shop, and the next village just down the road has a restaurant.

This impressive 17th century palazzo in historic Tavernelle has its original features - stunning vaulting, an ancient staircase, as well as spacious living areas. The entire palazzo may be rented to a group of 26 people, or the six apartments and two independent 'suites', can be rented separately. An internal private partially paved garden provides a peaceful area for relaxing, dining and cooling-off on summer evenings.

La Taverna is a very special small property sharing a pool with three other houses. Completely made of stone it seems as though it is carved out of the rock. The kitchen area in the main room has an ancient marble sink, though modern plumbing!
Set into a corner of the stone wall in the bedroom is a luxurious spa bath. There is also a bathroom with a spacious shower.
The living room opens onto a walled courtyard, while the bedroom has its own private garden. A few steps away is the large pool with wonderful views over the hills. It is set in a friendly village with a shop, bar and restaurant only a couple of minutes walk away.

I Cancelli, a spacious family house, has the convenience of being in this beautiful old village with all its amenities, and having views out across the hills. The large (10mx5m) pool is shared with the other houses in the group, and you can also sit out quietly on the extensive private terrace or in the beautiful shady courtyard at the front. After entering through the stone-flagged courtyard with an ancient pizza oven, the lovely old entrance hall leads through to two bedrooms and a bathroom. The upstairs has dramatic soaring beamed ceilings. From the stylish living room french windows lead straight out onto the large terrace. The main bedroom has a bathroom area in gorgeous blue tiles with a spa bath from which you gaze out across the valley.

La Vista is set in an ancient village high above the Taverone valley, another one of those in the collection of four newly converted houses set on a hillside with stupendous views. You can gaze across to the beautiful pool from the terrace to he hills beyond. It is a converted cottage with four bedrooms and two bathrooms, in the heart of the village, which boasts a shop, bar and excellent restaurant - all within 3 minutes' walk.

Situated between Villafranca and Bagnone, this beautiful stone house dates from the 15th century. The owners have restored it back to its former glory furnishing the whole house with lovely antique furniture. Surrounded by its own land, there is a long drive up to the house and there are magnificent views from the house and the swimming pool to the Apennine mountains

Pieve di Camaiore - only 10 km from the sea This villa is something quite special, perched on the top of a hill with breath taking views towards the sea. Although it is only 10 km from the sea, it is high enough into the foothills of the Apuan Alps to provide cool temperatures in summer, beautiful colours in autumn and heavily-scented flowers in spring. There is a lovely garden and a swimming-pool. A walk down the lane brings you the village of Pieve, with two bar/pizzerias and a shop. Ideal for a family holiday.
